steve anstett, Neighbor

Steve has lived in Severna Park since 1996.  He was  born at the Jersey Shore (Bricktown) and has known his wife, Susan,  since the 6^th grade.  Steve’s father, Bob, instilled early on the need to volunteer.  While Bob’s passion was environmental causes, Steve tends to focus on social issues, particularly related to young people.  Steve is currently the volunteer Executive Director of Giving Back, Linda’s Legacy (a homeless organization known for the Holiday Homeless Drive), President of SPAN, Vice President of Baltimore ToolBank, and a member of the Building Life Project, focused on teen suicide in the community. 

Steve lives in Arundel Beach (yes, there really is a neighborhood past Whitehurst on the Magothy!) with his wife, Susan, his two sons, Roby(UMBC) and Zack (SPHS, AACC)
