Steve Barrett, Neighbor

Steve Barrett has been a resident of Odenton since 1993. Originally from Watkins Glen, NY, Steve has been a contributing writer and photographer to the Odenton-Severn Patch, focusing mainly on the Arundel High School Wildcats Music Department since the 2002-2003 school year. He has also served as president and publicity chair for the Piney Orchard Figure Skating Team. Steve is a retired Army public affairs noncommissioned officer and currently works public affairs issues for a U.S. Federal Government agency in Arlington, Va. He holds a bachelors degree in journalism from the University of Maryland University College and a masters degree in communication from the University of Oklahoma.
