ReplyApparently they were facing a lot of competition from hotels up near Arundel Mills and couldn't get a chain to sign on. They spoke with 8-10 hotel companies to no avail.

They did lower their prices when they began offer half po' boys and also lunch combos for under $10. Not as low as McDonald's, but they did adjust. They had good, authentic ingredients which made it tough for them to compete on price. The location may have also been challenging.
