Sturbridge Homes To Build 40 Townhomes in Gambrills
A new housing community at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre offers residents a prime location in west Anne Arundel County.
Want to live close to where you shop and eat? Near the new apartments and behind Target at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre, there is a sign announcing 40 new townhomes with two-car garages.
Offered by Sturbridge Homes, a groundbreaking is set for the fall with the first move-in dates in the winter for the new community called Villas at Waugh Chapel Towne Centre. According to the Sturbridge website, the three-level townhomes will be about 2,350 square feet with two- and three-bedroom plans.
The website doesn't list pricing yet, but offers those interested may sign up on a priority list to receive more details as they are released. Click here for more information.
Note that the Beacon apartments started leasing earlier this year with rents starting around $1,500 per month.
