Crofton Teen Charged After Eastern Shore Police Chase

Police said Brandon Daniel Holt, 19, was traveling as much as 130 miles per hour on a stolen motorcycle.

A Crofton teenager has been charged with multiple offenses after police said he stole a motorcycle and led officers on a 25-mile chase in Dorchester County.

Police said Brandon Daniel Holt was clocked at 130 miles per hour and evaded police before eventually crashing his motorcycle in the Salisbury area on Dec. 4, according to the Dorchester Star-Democrat. His injuries were not life-threatening, police said. 

The motorcycle Holt was driving was reported stolen by the Ocean City Police department. He was charged with a number of offenses including speeding, negligent driving, illegal passing and driving without proper registration.
